EJR partnered with our colleagues at Z Marketing to build a fully integrated social media campaign, helping Animal Planet take Puppy Bowl XVI to the next level. The goal was to engage Animal Planet's affiliated partners in promoting the broadcast via social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). By providing the affiliates with fully finished and customized social media assets including memes, gifs and videos, Animal Planet experienced increased participation in the campaign. The campaign also saw reposts and retweets by companies like Geico and Hulu. Working with Animal Planet on Puppy Bowl XVI was great fun for the team, and posts like this one by Cox Communications demonstrate just some of the campaign's success with over 8,500 actions, 338 comments and 946 shares.
Adaptive Spirit is an annual event which, over its 25-year history has become the largest single funding source for the United States Paralympic Alpine, Nordic and Snowboard teams. Acting in the capacity of Publicity Chair, EJR was able to elevate coverage of the event from small hits in cable trade publications to annual coverage in The Vail Daily, consistent athlete appearances on TV 8 Vail and a front page story in The Denver Post.
It takes dedication to see a project through from start to finish - a characteristic that is often taken for granted, but one that the team at EJR has in spades. For the new season launch of The Big Interview with Dan Rather on AXS TV, we came together to build a fully integrated campaign, creating assets and coordinating the placement on-air, on digital and on national television through precise media planning and buying. Additionally, we worked on a weekly basis to engage each guest to post and share about their interview on social media. The result was a ratings increase of 40% in a television landscape of constantly declining numbers. The success of campaign guaranteed another season for the program and was a very bright feather in our cap!
